If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund (no re-stocking fees), less shipping and handling. This guarantee applies to sales within the USA only.

Note: Products must be returned in their original packaging, and within 30 days of the sales receipt. To ensure that your account is properly credited, please call sales/service for a Return Authorization Number before you return the product to us.

1-Year Product Warranty

All our products come with a one year warranty on both parts and labor. You can rest assured that you have a top quality product which will last. If the device is found to be defective in any way during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge. (However damage due to misuse, abuse, accident etc is not covered). Customer is responsible for shipping the faulty product to us for repair/replacement.

 Lifetime low cost replacement/exchange coverage

Our scanners are designed to provide you years of trouble free use. If the scanner fails after the warranty expires, we extend to you, the original owner/purchaser of the scanner, the option to replace the scanner with an identical new unit at a discounted price of less than 50% of the retail price. This coverage is included free with every scanner purchased directly from us, and continues as long as we carry the product in inventory.
